Aphoride

Aphrodite was created by sea foam, when Poseidon was making sea horses. She was very pretty, in fact, she was the prettiest Greek goddess. She was the goddess of love and beauty. She was also a protectress of sailors. She married Hephaestus, but then she didn't love him because he was very ugly. She had many love affairs with Ares. One time, a guy said that she was prettier than Hera and Athena. Her main symbol is the dove. Her planet is Venus. I don't like Aphrodite, I think Artemis is was better.

Aremis

Artemis was totally awesome! She was a virgen goddess. She was the godess of the moon, wild things and of the virgin young girls. Her parents were Zeus and Leto. She had a twin brother, Apollo. She helped Leto give birth to Apollo when Leto barley got her out. Her roman name was Diana. She was usually hunting all the time. She was also the goddess of the moon. She was young and pretty but she didnt love, she only loved her family. Her main symbol is the dog. She loved hunting and she was better than Apollo.

Apollo was a very interesting Greek god. His parents were Zeus and Leto. He had a twin sister, the goddess of hunt, Artemis. He was one of the youngest gods. Apollo was the god of the sun, music, poetry, archery, prophesies the medicine and healing. Apollo never got married but he did have many loves and children. Apollo was very athletic. He had big muscular but not like his dad. Apollo was the favorite son of Zeus. Hera was jealous because of that. He was the most beautiful god. His main symbol is the bow. He always brought the sun to the world. He is a cool god.

I don't know much about Hestia but what I do know is that she was the goddess of the hearth and home. she was the nicest of the gods. She was virgin and never fell in love. Her symbol is the hearth. She later gave up to be a god when Dionysus wanted to be one.

Hades was one of the Olympians until he decided to make his oun heaven in the underworld. His family (The Olympians) later forgot about him, so he felt lonely. Then he saw a beautiful black haired and blue eyes girl picking up flowers in a headstone. He fell in love so then he stole her to become his wife. Hades only gets to keep her six months, winter and fall. he is the god of the underworld. When they won the Trojan war, he got to be the god of the underworld.

Poseidon was the god of all the sea. He spent more time in the sea than in Mt. Olympian. Poseidon never got married but he did fall in love allot. He was the god of the sea, he was the Earth-shaker and of the horses. It all started when Demeter came and said that she would be very proud if he made an awesome animal. Poseidon later made horses out of sea foam, and Demeter got really impressed. He had many children too. Zeus and him were good old buddies. When they won the Trojan war, Poseidon got the sea. He never got along with Athena but Athena helped him build charots for his horses. His main symbol is the horse. I like Poseidon but he wasnt my fave Greek god.

Hera was the wife of Zeus. She got heck mad and jealous when she saw Zeus hanging with other women. she was the Goddess of woman so she easily knew who the guys were cheating on. But she didn't know allot with Zeus because he was the god of men. Her children were Hephaestus and Ares. Zeus and Hera had Ares but she didn't have Hephaestus with any men. No one knows why she could have children by her own but maybe it was because she was the goddess of women. When Hera found out that Zeus children with other women, she became furious and wanted to kill the women and the children. Hera was always jealous of other women because she felt prettier. Then one day a man said that the prettiest goddess was Aphrodite, but Hera was the second. Hera truly loved Zeus. I don't like Hera ether. Her main symbol is the peacock. I don't like Hera.

Zeus was the god of the gods. His wife was Hera, but he had many other loves. Now, I'm not going to write about how Hera felt because I'm going to write it on the Hera page. The gross thing was that Hera was his sister. Greeks didn't approve that but they thought it was OK because they were gods. Zeus's siblings were Demeter, Hestia, Hera, Hades and Poseidon. His parents were Kronos and Rhea. Kronos thought that his children were going to be more powerful than him because he was almighty. The thing that he did was that he swallowed them, but not Zeus, he had a plan. Zeus made Kronos throw up all his brothers and sisters, with the help of his mother, Rhea. Then there was a Trojan war between the Olympians and the Titans. The Olympians won. Kronos got chopped into pieces. After that, Zeus got the power of the sky. he later married Hera, and had Ares, their son. Zeus had lots of children with other women. Like Artemis, Apollo, Dionysus, and Hermes. Me, personal, I don't like Zeus.
